Most commercially produced syrups are packed with "natural flavors," extracts, and other mysterious ingredients. The result? Good coffee disgraced by bad syrup.

My Favorite Simple Syrup!

I have tried multiple types of syrups from FullMoonAK (they're all good) but Spruce Tip wins my #1. Probably because I like Gin a lot. Their "Spruce Tom Collins" recipe printed on the label is delicious - gin, lemon juice, Spruce Tip syrup, soda water. Winners winner chicken dinner! Thanks FullMoonAK.

I tried this at a coffee bar last year and I was so sad it was not available for my lattes at home. That got remedied this year! :) This syrup has all the spices I expect in pumpkin pie and they are balanced well. Yum!
