Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

During peak seasons (especially summer markets and Q4/holiday weeks), processing may take a little longer. If we’re running behind, we’ll email you.
Shipping carriers & methods

We primarily ship via USPS.

Most orders ship using USPS Ground Advantage (or the closest equivalent service available at the time of shipping).

Expedited options may be available at checkout when possible.
Shipping rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times
Delivery estimates begin after your order ships (processing time is separate).

Alaska: typically 2–7 business days depending on location.

U.S. (Lower 48): please allow 14–21 business days for USPS ground shipments from Alaska.

Expedited shipping: delivery times vary by service and destination.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it after you cover the new shipping cost.
Damaged, lost, or missing packages
If something arrives damaged or goes missing, we’ll help make it right.

Damaged in transit: Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
Returns & refunds (shipping-related)
Because our products are food items, we generally do not accept returns.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us and we’ll work with you on a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Weather & temperature note
Our syrups are shelf-stable until opened, but we still recommend bringing packages inside promptly after delivery—especially during extreme temperatures.
