Terrible shipping!

So excited to actually find Turkish coffee syrup, place my order September 14, then to realize that shipping was going to take 3 weeks, this is a tragedy in your business. I won’t do that again. Good luck!! October 3 still waiting for delivery!

We couldn’t agree more that the changes USPS has made to ground shipping are really awful - once upon a time packages got from Alaska to the lower 48 in a week! But once a customer chooses a shipping option and we send out the package, the transit time is really out of our control (luckily priority is much faster, but syrup is heavy so this option is more expensive). I have tried to include notices about the transit time on the website but they may not be clear enough. We are grateful for your business. We do hope you enjoy your syrup when it arrives (looks like it's scheduled for delivery today!), and that the poor service from USPS doesn’t sour your experience of the product itself.
