This 2024 microbatch was such a hit, we had to bring it back in 2025! Inspired by our travels through Italy, this labor-of-love syrup captures the sophisticated bitter-sweet balance of traditional Italian citrus. Each limited batch of just 100(ish) bottles is meticulously crafted by simmering blood orange peels, juice, and zest to create a perfectly balanced bitter citrus symphony.
