🍊 Italian-Inspired, Alaska-Crafted

This 2024 microbatch was such a hit, we had to bring it back in 2025! Inspired by our travels through Italy, this labor-of-love syrup captures the sophisticated bitter-sweet balance of traditional Italian citrus. Each limited batch of just 100(ish) bottles is meticulously crafted by simmering blood orange peels, juice, and zest to create a perfectly balanced bitter citrus symphony.

• Whiskey Sour with Bergamot Juice
• Bitter Orange Spritz: 5oz Prosecco + 0.75 oz bitter blood orange syrup + soda
• Elevated Margarita: 1.5oz Tequila + 0.5oz orange liqueur + 0.5oz bitter blood orange syrup + 0.5oz lime
• Bitter Refresher: 6oz Tonic + 1 oz bitter blood orange syrup
