Cranberry Spice: The Ultimate Fall Flavor for Cocktails, Mocktails, and More
Share
Every year when the seasons start to turn and I see pumpkin spice popping up everywhere, I start getting excited because that means it's cranberry spice season in Full Moon land! (Yes, we also have pumpkin spice, and it's also awesome, but cranberry has a special place in my heart!) Fall is more of a suggestion than a season in Alaska, so as soon as the signs of fall appear, I'm ALL IN on ALL THE FALL things.
This isn’t your grandma’s cranberry sauce (no offense). Our Cranberry Spice syrup is the flavor of autumn in a bottle—bright, tangy cranberries with a cozy blend of cinnamon, clove, ginger, and star anise, it's perfect for literally anything you're drinking around your fall campfires.
Flavor Profile:
- Tart, fresh cranberries (think: crisp mountain air, not sugary jelly)
- Warm baking spices—cinnamon, clove, ginger, anise
- Just enough sweetness to round it all out, but never overpower
How to Use Cranberry Spice (a.k.a. The Fun Part)
- Cocktails: This syrup was *born* for whiskey and bourbon. Try it in an Old Fashioned or a whiskey sour for a fall twist. It’s also a vodka cran’s cooler, more interesting cousin, and a splash in prosecco is dangerously good. If we're doing hot drinks, try it in a hot toddy or your apple cider.
- Shandy: Take a light beer, add a splash of Cranberry Spice, and thank me later. Suddenly, you’re drinking the grown-up version of a shandy, with a spicy, tart kick. This one is really addictive.
- Mocktails: Club soda + Cranberry Spice + squeeze of lemon or lime = instant festive sipper. Bonus points for a rosemary sprig garnish.
Real Talk: If I could put hidden cameras at our market booth just to capture people’s faces when they try Cranberry Spice for the first time, I would. The best is when two people try it at the same time, then lock eyes and raise their eyebrows. It's like watching those videos of babies trying new, delicious foods for the first time. It's that good!!!
Cranberry Spice is back in stock, and I’m welcoming fall with open arms (and a full glass). Grab a bottle, experiment, and let me know your favorite way to use it—I *love* hearing your creations. Stay cozy!
