1 cup room temperature butter
2 cups all purpose flour
0.5 cup Cardamom + Vanilla syrup
Pinch of salt
Powdered Sugar and syrup for glaze
Cinnamon (optional)
Cream butter and syrup together on high for 10 minutes. In a separate bowl, combine flour and salt. Gradually incorporate into wet ingredients just until combined. Chill for one hour. Roll and cut on well floured surface, and bake at 325 for 20 minutes. After cooling on wire rack, glaze by combining powdered sugar and syrup. Dip the cookies in the glaze and leave on a cooling rack to harden. Optionally, sprinkle with a little cinnamon for extra spiffiness!
